Changes to our online booking system – Unfortunately, it is far too common for people to book an appointment and not turn up. It might seem like a minor thing but it means we cannot fill that slot with anyone else and it is these appointments that pay our wages.
This is why we are now asking for your card details when booking online. There is no need to worry all your data is encrypted, secure and GDPR compliant. 
We don’t take any money from the card unless you fail to attend or cancel within 24hrs.
· Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the booked service amount.
· ‘No Shows’ will be charged 100% of the booked service amount.
We will obviously use our discretion and speak with you before taking any payment.

It allows you to choose one or more of our treatments, choose your date, browse the available times and even choose which therapist you want the appointment with! Just add your card details and confirm. It couldn’t be easier and because it is online you can do it at any time of the day and from anywhere!
